Hello, everyone! My name is Steven Dai , and I am delighted to be here today. I have been involved in the real estate industry as a part-time agent since 2008. Real estate has always been a significant part of my life, as my family has been actively engaged in this industry since 2002. Initially, I entered the business in 2008 with a strong desire to learn and immerse myself in all aspects of real estate.

To gain a well-rounded understanding, I started my journey as a rental agent and property manager. This experience allowed me to grasp the intricacies of property management and helped me develop strong communication and negotiation skills. It was during this time that I witnessed firsthand the importance of providing exceptional service and building trust with clients.

Driven by a thirst for knowledge, I decided to expand my horizons and explore the construction industry. As a locally trained quantity surveyor, I had the opportunity to work overseas for three years and an additional four years in New Zealand. This invaluable experience granted me a deeper understanding of the construction process and the technical aspects of real estate.

With a wealth of knowledge in both real estate and construction, I returned to the real estate field full-time, equipped with a unique perspective and a passion for providing comprehensive guidance to clients. My diverse background has allowed me to offer a holistic approach to my clients, ensuring that their needs are met at every stage of their real estate journey.
